P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dancareer development terhadap employee performance dengan employeeengagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan generasi z di perusahaanmanufaktur tangerang. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganteknik purposive sampling terhadap 289 responden. analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan structural equation modeling (sem)–amos. hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan career development berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance dan employee engagement.selain itu, employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap employeeperformance serta terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara variabelindependen dan dependen. penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangankerja dan pengembangan karier dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan serta kinerjakaryawan generasi z

T This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and career developmenton employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variableamong generation z employees in manufacturing companies in tangerang. thisresearch adopts a quantitative approach using purposive sampling withapproximately 289 respondents. data were analyzed using structural equationmodeling (sem) with amos. the results indicate that work life balance andcareer development have a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance and employee engagement. furthermore, employee engagement hasa positive effect on employee performance and is proven to partially mediate therelationship between the independent variables and employee performance. thisstudy highlights the importance of work–life balance and career development inenhancing engagement and performance among generation z employees.
