P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan transportasi, manajemen kargo, infrastruktur transportasi dan supply chain collaboration terhadap logistic performance dan efisiensi pengiriman. industri minyak dan gas bumi memegang peran penting dalam perekonomian global, termasuk di indonesia, dimana produksi minyak bumi perlu ditingkatkan guna mengurangi ketergantungan pada impor energi. efisiensi pengiriman material pengeboran minyak merupakan faktor krusial yang berdampak pada kelancaran operasional industri ini. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak smart pls. data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert dari responden yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan logistik pengiriman material pengeboran minyak, seperti manajer logistik dan pengemudi truk. sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan penentuan responden menggunakan ketentuan rule of thumb, sehingga menghasilkan jumlah sampel minimum sebanyak 100 responden.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transport availability, manajemen kargo, transportation infrastructure dan supply chain collaboration memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap logistic performance dan efisiensi pengiriman material pengeboran minyak. selain itu, logistic performance memediasi pengaruh keseluruhan variabel independent terhadap efisiensi pengiriman. namun, pada penelitian ini teknologi tidak memoderasi pengaruh logistic performance terhadap efisiensi pengiriman. oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi kebutuhan digital disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan yang dinamis agar dapat memberikan dampak yang optimal. fokus utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengiriman terletak pada peningkatan kinerja logistik secara menyeluruh.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of transport availability, cargo management, transportation infrastructure, and supply chain collaboration on logistics performance and delivery efficiency. the oil and gas industry plays a vital role in the global economy, including in indonesia, where increasing oil production is necessary to reduce dependence on energy imports. the efficiency of oil drilling material deliveries is a crucial factor that affects the smooth operation of this industry. this research uses a quantitative method with a partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) approach, processed using smart pls software. data were collected through likert-scale questionnaires from respondents involved in the logistics management of oil drilling material deliveries, such as logistics managers and truck drivers. the sample was selected using a purposive sampling method based on the rule of thumb, resulting in a minimum of 100 respondents.the results show that transport availability, cargo management, transportation infrastructure, and supply chain collaboration significantly influence logistics performance and the efficiency of oil drilling material deliveries. furthermore, logistics performance mediates the effects of all independent variables on delivery efficiency. however, in this study, technology does not moderate the effect of logistics performance on delivery efficiency. therefore, the utilization of digital technology should be adapted to the dynamic field conditions to yield optimal impact. the main focus in improving delivery efficiency lies in enhancing overall logistics performance.
