P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara transformational leadership, digitaltechnology dan knowledge sharing terhadap corporate sustainability performancedimediasi oleh organizational innovation performance. data penelitian diambil dari duaperusahaan energi yaitu pt adaro energy indonesia tbk (adaro) dan pt medco energiinternasional tbk (medco). pengambilan sampel menggunakan google form dalam penyebarankuesionernya. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengambilan sampeldengan purposive sampling, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equationmodel (sem) menggunakan smartpls. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwatransformational leadership terbukti tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap corporatesustainability performance. digital technology terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadapcorporate sustainability performance. knowledge sharing terbukti tidak berpengaruh positifterhadap corporate sustainability performance. transformational leadership terbuktiberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational innovation performance. digital technologyterbukti tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational innovation performance.knowledge sharing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational innovationperformance. organizational innovation performance terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadapcorporate sustainability performance. organizational innovation performance terbuktimemediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap corporate sustainabilityperformance. organizational innovation performance terbukti tidak memediasi pengaruhdigital technology terhadap corporate sustainability performance. organizationalinnovation performance terbukti memediasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap corporatesustainability performance. implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu manajemen perlumengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang berfokus pada visi, inspirasi, danpemberdayaan karyawan. teknologi digital harus diintegrasikan secara strategis ke dalamproses bisnis untuk mendorong inovasi yang mendukung efisiensi sumber daya danpengurangan dampak lingkungan. manajemen perlu menciptakan sistem berbagi pengetahuanyang efektif, baik melalui platform digital maupun forum internal, untuk mempercepatpenyebaran ide dan praktik terbaik dalam inovasi keberlanjutan. manajemen perlumenciptakan sistem yang mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan, seperti pemberian insentif bagi idebaru, pembentukan tim inovasi lintas departemen, serta pengukuran kinerja inovasi secaraberkala
