I Implementasi kebijakan kelas rawat inap standar (kris) menuntutpenyeragaman kualitas infrastruktur rumah sakit, namun banyak bangunaneksisting menghadapi kendala teknis dalam memenuhi 12 kriteria wajib. penelitianini bertujuan untuk menilai kondisi fisik dan fungsi ruang rawat inap secarakuantitatif serta menyusun indeks kelayakan teknis (ikt) sebagai instrumenpendukung keputusan perbaikan fasilitas. penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakandesain deskriptif-evaluatif dengan studi kasus di rs pinna, kabupaten bekasi. datadikumpulkan melalui observasi visual, dokumentasi, dan pengukuran langsungmenggunakan alat ukur digital pada variabel arsitektur, utilitas, dan spasial. analisisdata menggunakan weighted scoring model dengan pembobotan berbasis expertjudgement. temuan menunjukkan nilai ikt bervariasi secara signifikan: s-01(97,17% - sangat layak), s-02 (88,83% - layak), dan s-03 (64,42% - layakbersyarat). meskipun kondisi arsitektur di seluruh kelas sangat baik, kegagalankritis ditemukan pada variabel utilitas (pencahayaan dan kelembaban) serta densitasspasial pada ruang kelas 3. terdapat korelasi kuat antara tipologi kelas dengantingkat kepatuhan standar kris. manajemen disarankan melakukan retrofittingsistem pencahayaan dan tata udara serta menyesuaikan kapasitas tempat tidur tanpamengubah struktur utama bangunan.

T The implementation of the standardized inpatient class (kris) policy mandatesthe standardization of hospital infrastructure quality; however, many existingbuildings face technical constraints in meeting the 12 mandatory criteria. thisstudy aims to quantitatively assess the physical and functional conditions ofinpatient rooms and develop a technical feasibility index (tfi) as a decision-support instrument for facility improvement. this quantitative research employs adescriptive-evaluative design with a case study at pinna hospital, bekasi regency.data were collected through visual observation, documentation, and directmeasurements using digital instruments focusing on architectural, utility, andspatial variables. data analysis utilized a weighted scoring model with weightingbased on expert judgment. findings indicate that tfi values vary significantly: s-01 (97.17% - highly feasible), s-02 (88.83% - feasible), and s-03 (64.42% -conditionally feasible). although architectural conditions across all classes areexcellent, critical failures were identified in utility variables (lighting and humidity)and spatial density within class 3 rooms. there is a strong correlation betweenroom typology and the level of compliance with kris standards. it is recommendedthat management perform retrofitting of lighting and air conditioning systems andadjust bed capacity without altering the building\\\'s primary structure.
