L Latar belakang: Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) diperlukan untuk meningkatkanefisiensi dan keamanan pencatatan medis. RSGM FKG Usakti telah menerapkandigitalisasi data, namun belum memfasilitasi kebutuhan spesifik ortodonti secarakomprehensif, sehingga pencatatan klinis masih dilakukan secara manual danterpisah-pisah. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi komponen yang dibutuhkan dalampengembangan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) pada bagian ortodonti di RSGMFakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Trisakti. Metode: Penelitian kualitatifdeskriptif dengan purposive sampling melibatkan DPJP ortodonti, perawat, petugasadministrasi, dan teknisi informasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi,serta studi dokumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian, danpenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil: Sistem RME saat ini sudah mendukung pencatatandasar, namun belum memfasilitasi kebutuhan spesifik ortodonti. Fitur yangdiperlukan meliputi unggah foto klinis, integrasi radiograf panoramik dansefalometri, analisis model dan ruang, serta rencana perawatan jangka panjang.Hambatan utama meliputi performa sistem dan belum tersedianya RME ortodonti.Kesimpulan: Pengembangan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) ortodonti di RSGMFKG Usakti diperlukan untuk mencapai dokumentasi klinis yang lebih lengkap,sistematis, serta menunjang alur pelayanan cepat dan terintegrasi. Pengembanganfitur yang sesuai akan meningkatkan kualitas alur pelayanan, pemantauan klinis,serta pengelolaan data medis dalam perawatan ortodonti.Kata kunci: Ortodonti, Pengembangan RME, Rekam Medis Elektronik.
B Background: electronic medical records (emr) improve documentation efficiency and data accuracy. rsgm fkg universitas trisakti has implemented data digitalization however, the existing system has not yet comprehensively accommodated the spesific needs of orthodontic services. as a result, orthodontic clinical documentation is still partially conducted manually and recorded in separate systems. objective: to identify the required components for the development of an orthodontic emr. methods: a descriptive qualitative study using purposive sampling involving orthodontists, nurses, administrative staff, and information technology personel. data were collected through interviews, system observation, and document review, then analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. result: the current emr records basic patient data but lacks orthodontic feature. required components incude clinical photo upload, panoramic-cephalometric radiograph integration, study/space analysis, and structured long-term treatment planning. system performance was also noted as a barrier. conclusion: the development of an orthodontic emr at rsgm fkg usakti is required to achive more comprehensive and systematic clinical documentation and to support a faster, integrated service workflow. the development of appropriate features will improve the service flow clinical monitoring, and medical data management within orthodontic treatment.
