P Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi dariorganizational culture terhadap organizational performance pada Korps MarinirIndonesia dengan variabel bebas yaitu strategic leadership style, careerdevelopment dan strategic competence human resource.Pengumpulan data bersifat cross-sesctional dengan menggunakan kuesioneryang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability samplingdengan teknik purposive sampling. Unit analisis adalah perwira menengahbepangkat Letkol dan Kolonel berjumlah 315 responden dari 11 satuan kerja KorpsMarinir Indonesia. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEMAMOS) software versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif strategic leadershipstyle, career development dan strategic competence human resource terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture terbuktidengan full mediasi dikarenakan estimasi pengaruh mediasi lebih besardibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung.Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis yaitu penggunaanvariabel organizational culture yang dijadikan sebagai variabel mediasimenghasilkan temuan penelitian yang dapat memperkuat pengaruh dari variabelstrategic leadership style, career development, strategic competence humanresources terhadap organizational performance. Implikasi manajerial yaituorganizational culture pada Korps Marinir memberikan efek yang signifikanterhadap organizational performance. Budaya yang kuat dan positif dapatmenjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan Korps Marinir. Denganmenciptakan lingkungan di mana nilai-nilai seperti Trisila TNI AL, jiwa saptamarga, dedikasi, dan kolaborasi, Korps Marinir dapat menginspirasi perwirayang berpangkat Letkol dan Kolonel untuk berprestasi lebih baik.
T This quantitative research aims to analyze the mediating role oforganizational culture on organizational performance in the Indonesian MarineCorps, with independent variables being strategic leadership style, careerdevelopment, and strategic competence in human resources.Data collection was cross-sectional, utilizing an online questionnairedistributed through nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique.The unit of analysis comprised 315 middle-ranking officers, holding the ranks ofLieutenant Colonel and Colonel, from 11 work units within the Indonesian MarineCorps. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM AMOS)software version 25.The results of the study indicate a positive influence of strategic leadershipstyle, career development, and strategic competence in human resources onorganizational performance, mediated by organizational culture, evidenced by fullmediation since the estimated mediating effect is greater than the direct effect.The theoretical implication of this study is that using organizational cultureas a mediating variable strengthens the impact of strategic leadership style, careerdevelopment, and strategic competence in human resources on organizationalperformance. The managerial implication is that the organizational culture withinthe Marine Corps significantly affects organizational performance. A strong andpositive culture can be key to enhancing the overall performance of the MarineCorps. By creating an environment where values such as the Navy\\\'s Trisila, thespirit of Sapta Marga, dedication, and collaboration are upheld, the Marine Corpscan inspire Lieutenant Colonels and Colonels to achieve better performance.
