P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan anggaran responsif gender (arg) di satuan kerja kantor pusat direktorat jenderal pajak (kpdjp) serta mengevaluasi tingkat ketercapaian realisasi arg dalam tiga tahun terakhir (2021 s.d 2023). penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengumpulan data, wawancara, dan analisis data. selama tiga tahun terakhir kpdjp telah mengalokasikan anggaran berbasis gender seperti program pengembangan sdm; kehumasan; dan rencana kerja dan anggaran unit, meskipun di samping itu masih terdapat tantangan terkait penerapan arg. hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi dalam tingkat ketercapaian realisasi anggaran pada beberapa program.
T This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the gender responsive budget (arg) in the work unit of the head office of the directorate general of taxes (kpdjp) and evaluate the level of achievement of arg realization in the last three years (2021 to 2023). this research applies data collection, interviews and data analysis methods. over the last three years kpdjp has allocated gender-based budgets such as the hr development program; public relations; and unit work plans and budgets, although there are still challenges related to implementing arg. the research results show that there are variations in the level of achievement of budget realization in several programs.
