L Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan strategi bisnis perusahaan dari industri tekstil menuju sektor logistik dan pergudangan serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja keuangan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menelaah kondisi perusahaan selama proses transformasi, melakukan perbandingan kinerja keuangan unit bisnis sebelum dan setelah perubahan strategi melalui analisis rasio keuangan, serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategis terkait kelayakan penerapan model bisnis tersebut pada unit bisnis lainnya. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi strategi bisnis mampu meningkatkan optimalisasi pemanfaatan aset tetap serta efisiensi operasional, yang secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap perbaikan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. oleh karena itu, transformasi unit bisnis dari sektor tekstil ke bidang logistik dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kondisi finansial perusahaan dan direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada unit bisnis lain yang memiliki potensi dan karakteristik aset yang sejenis.
T This internship report aims to analyze the transformation of the company\\\'s business strategy from the textile industry to the logistics and warehousing sector, as well as its implications for financial performance. this study employs a qualitative descriptive approach by examining the company\\\'s condition during the transformation process, performing a comparative analysis of the business unit\\\'s financial performance before and after the strategic shift through financial ratio analysis, and formulating strategic recommendations regarding the feasibility of replicating this business model in other business units. the results indicate that the business strategy transformation enhanced the optimization of fixed asset utilization and operational efficiency, significantly contributing to the improvement of the company\\\'s financial performance. consequently, the business unit transformation from the textile sector to the logistics field is deemed effective in strengthening the company\\\'s financial position and is recommended for replication in other business units with similar potential and asset characteristics.
