Abstract

S Saat ini UMKM banyak bermunculan namun yang mampu bertahan lama dan berkembang masih sedikit. UMKM belum mampu bertahan lama, berkembang serta meningkatkan omzet karena belum menerapkan pelaksanaan manajeman keuangan secara terpadu. Sehingga perlu adanya pelaksanaan secara efisien, efektif, dan tersturktur pada usahanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Lapangan dan Metode wawancara. pencatatan pengeluaran dan pemasukan kas pada UMKM Seikow Coffee pada periode Oktober 2023, perhitungan harga pokok produksi pada UMKM Seikow Coffee pada periode Oktober 2023, penyusunan laporan laba rugi pada UMKM Seikow Coffee pada Periode Oktober 2023. Dari Perhitungan yang dilakukan, penyusunan laporan laba rugi yang dihasilkan UMKM Seikow Coffee maka di dapatkan bahwa untuk usahanya ini mendapat laba bersih sebesar Rp.965.600. Perhitungan laporan laba rugi pada UMKM Seikow Coffee mendapatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp.965.600. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi UMKM Seikow Coffee sudah sesuai dengan standar.

The method used is Field Research and Interview Methods. recording cash disbursements and receipts at Seikow Coffee MSMEs in the October 2023 period, calculation of the cost of production at Seikow Coffee MSMEs in the October 2023 period, preparation of profit and loss reports at Seikow Coffee MSMEs in the October 2023 period. From the calculations performed, the preparation of reports profit and loss generated by Seikow Coffee UMKM, it was found that for this business they received a net profit of IDR 965,600. Calculation of the profit and loss report at Seikow Coffee SMEs get a net profit of IDR 965,600. Calculation of the cost of production of UMKM Seikow Coffee is in accordance with the standards.
