Abstract

L Laporan Tugas Akhir ini disusun untuk dapat mengetahui penjualan dan pemasukanpada UMKM Ikan Pindang Camar Laut. Metode Laporan Tugas Akhir ini melakukanmetode wawancara, metode pengamatan langsung. Setelah melakukan metode tersebutmembuat perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan penyusunan laba rugi untuk mengetahuilaba yang didapat dari UMKM Ikan Pindang Camar Laut. Berdasarkan Buku Kas UMKMIkan Pindang Camar Laut diketahui pendapatan pada bulan November 2023 sebesar Rp.480.000.000, dan pengeluaran sebesarRp. 360.435.000. Harga Pokok Produksi per kg IkanPindang Camar Laut Cakalang dan Layang sebesar Rp. 48.058.Pada Laporan Laba bersih,total penjualan sebesar Rp. 480.000.000, dan Harga Pokok Produksi sebesar Rp.360.435.000, maka dihasilkan laba kotor sebesar Rp. 119.565.000, dikurangi dengan totalbeban Rp. 3.035.000, sehingga menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar Rp. 116.530.000.

T This Final Project Report is prepared to be able to find out the sales and income ofMSMEs in Camar Laut Pindang Fish. This Final Project Report method uses the interviewmethod, the direct observation method. After carrying out this method, calculating the costof goods and preparing the profit and loss to find out the profit earned from the MSMECamar Laut Pindang Fish. Based on the Camar Laut Pindang Fish Cash Book, it is knownthat the income in November 2023 was Rp. 480,000,000, and expenses of Rp. 360,435,000.Cost of Production per kg for Camar Laut Pindang Fish Skipjack Tuna and Flying Fish isRp. 49,032. In the net income statement, total sales of Rp. 480,000,000, and the Cost ofProduction of Rp. 360,435,000, then the resulting gross profit ofRp. 119,565,000, reducedby a total expense of Rp. 3,035,000, resulting in a net profit of Rp. 116,530,000.
