Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, leverage, dan tax avoidance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor healthcare yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (bei) selama periode 2020â€“2024. variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi pertumbuhan penjualan, leverage, dan tax avoidance, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor healthcare. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. pemilihan model dilakukan melalui uji chow, uji hausman. uji koefisien determinasi (rÂ²), uji t, dan uji f untuk menguji hipotesis, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak eviews 9.0. populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh perusahaan sektor healthcare di bei, sebanyak 35 perusahaan. melalui teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 12 perusahaan sebagai sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan tax avoidance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor healthcare.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth, leverage, and tax avoidance on company value in the healthcare sector listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) during the period 2020â€“2024. the independent variables in this study include sales growth, leverage, and tax avoidance, while the dependent variable is company value. this study is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from the annual reports of healthcare sector companies. the analysis method used is panel data regression. model selection is carried out through the chow test, hausman test. the coefficient of determination (rÂ²) test, t-test, and f-test to test the hypothesis, with the help of eviews 9.0 software. the population in this study includes all healthcare sector companies on the idx, a total of 35 companies. through purposive sampling technique, 12 companies were obtained as samples that met the research criteria. the results of the study indicate that sales growth and leverage have a positive and significant effect on company value, while tax avoidance has a negative and significant effect on the value of healthcare sector companies.
