D Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi di indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara optimal guna mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent development dan transformational leadership terhadap employee performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi di dki. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap 197 karyawan dari pt cni dan pt ti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. data dianalisis menggunakan covariance-based structural equation modeling (cb-sem) melalui software amos versi 29.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tujuh hipotesis terdukung secara signifikan. talent development memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap employee performance, diikuti oleh pengaruh kuat transformational leadership terhadap job satisfaction. sementara itu, pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap employee performance dan pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap employee performance menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang lebih moderat namun tetap signifikan. job satisfaction terbukti berperan sebagai mediator parsial yang memperkuat hubungan antara talent development dan transformational leadership dengan employee performance. penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya investasi strategis dalam program pengembangan talenta berkelanjutan, penguatan kapabilitas kepemimpinan transformasional di semua level manajerial, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kepuasan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara optimal dan berkelanjutan di sektor telekomunikasi.
I In the rapidly evolving digital era, telecommunications service companies in indonesia face challenges in optimally managing human resources to maintain competitive advantages. this study aims to analyze the influence of talent development and transformational leadership on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in telecommunications service companies in dki jakarta. the research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method involving 197 employees from pt cni and pt ti through purposive sampling techniques. data were analyzed using covariance-based structural equation modeling (cb-sem) through amos software version 29.0. the results indicate that all seven hypotheses are significantly supported. talent development has the strongest influence on employee performance, followed by the strong influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction. meanwhile, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance demonstrate a more moderate yet still significant level of influence. job satisfaction proves to serve as a partial mediator that strengthens the relationship between talent development and transformational leadership with employee performance. this study recommends the importance of strategic investment in sustainable talent development programs, strengthening transformational leadership capabilities at all managerial levels, and creating a work environment that supports employee satisfaction to enhance performance optimally and sustainably in the telecommunications sector.
