F Factors affecting job performance mediated by job satisfaction.
T The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of employee motivation, employee engagement, job satisfaction on job performance mediated by job satisfaction. this research involves the use of the structural equation modeling (sem) analysis method as a statistical tool for processing data research, while data processing uses software tools, namely spss 22 and amos 22. the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. the results expected in this study concluded that employee motivation and employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, employee motivation and employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on job performance, employee motivation and employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job performance mediated by job satisfaction. this research provides practical implications for human resource managers in formulating strategies for a high focus on the task at hand, creating a healthy balance, adjusting employee benefits, and involving employees in various aspects of the company including the decision-making process.
