P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden happiness at work pada karyawan importir buah buahan. variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi intention to stay, hybrid workplace, dan job variety, dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi serta happiness at work sebagai variabel dependen. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa non probability sampling melalui pendekatan purposive sampling. dengan jumlah indikator sebanyak 35, maka jumlah sampel minimal adalah 175 responden dan maksimal 350 responden. responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan importir buah-buahan di wilayah dki jakarta. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling (sem) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak amos 24. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intention to stay tidak berpengaruh terhadap happiness at work, namun berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement. variabel hybrid workplace tidak berpengaruh terhadap happiness at work maupun employee engagement. sementara itu, job variety berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap happiness at work dan employee engagement. selain itu, employee engagement terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap happiness at work. penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh intention to stay, hybrid workplace, dan job variety terhadap happiness at work.kata kunci : intention to stay, hybrid workplace, job variety, employee engagement, happiness at work

T This study aims to analyze the antecedents of happiness at work in fruit importer employees. the independent variables in this study include intention to stay, hybrid workplace, and job variety, with employee engagement as the mediating variable and happiness at work as the dependent variable. this study used a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach. with 35 indicators, the minimum sample size was 175 respondents and the maximum was 350 respondents. respondents in this study were employees at a fruit importirt company in the jakarta area. the data analysis method used was structural equation modeling (sem) with the assistance of amos 24 software. the results showed that intention to stay had no effect on happiness at work, but a significant positive effect on employee engagement. the hybrid workplace variable had no effect on happiness at work or employee engagement. meanwhile, job variety had a significant positive effect on happiness at work and employee engagement. furthermore, employee engagement was shown to have a significant positive effect on happiness at work. this study also found that employee engagement mediates the influence of intention to stay, hybrid workplace, and job variety on happiness at work.keywords: intention to stay, hybrid workplace, job variety, employee engagement, happiness at work
