T Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh human resourcecompetency, work experience, dan artificial intelligence terhadap armyintelligence personnel performance dengan dimediasi oleh knowledgemanagement.metode penelitian: penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode pengujian hipotesis. variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahhuman resource competency, work experience, dan artificial intelligence,sedangkan variabel mediasi adalah knowledge management, dan variabeldependen adalah army intelligence personnel performance. pengumpulan datadilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada personel intelijen angkatan daratindonesia dengan kriteria telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. teknik pengambilansampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data dilakukandengan pendekatan structural equation modeling–partial least square (sem-pls).hasil temuan: hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa human resourcecompetency merupakan faktor penting yang tidak hanya berpengaruh langsungsecara signifikan terhadap army intelligence personnel performance, tetapi jugamenunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi knowledgemanagement. artinya, kompetensi sdm yang kuat dapat mendorong kinerja baiksecara langsung maupun melalui pengelolaan pengetahuan yang efektif. workexperience juga terbukti meningkatkan kinerja secara langsung, namun tidakmenunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikanbahwa pengalaman kerja perlu didukung oleh sistem pengetahuan agar lebihberdampak. sebaliknya, artificial intelligence tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikanbaik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi, menunjukkan perlunya evaluasilebih lanjut dalam integrasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi ai dalam konteks tugaspersonel intelijen.implikasi: penelitian ini memberikan beberapa implikasi penting bagi pengelolaansumber daya manusia di lingkungan militer, antara lain: (1) pentingnyapengembangan kompetensi sdm yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kinerjapersonel intelijen, (2) peran knowledge management sebagai elemen kunci dalammemaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia, dan (3) perlunya evaluasimendalam terhadap pem

P Purpose: this study aims to examine the effects of human resource competency,work experience, and artificial intelligence on army intelligence personnelperformance, with knowledge management as a mediating variable.research method: the research adopts a quantitative approach with hypothesistesting. the independent variables in this study are human resource competency,work experience, and artificial intelligence; the mediating variable is knowledgemanagement; and the dependent variable is army intelligence personnelperformance. data were collected through questionnaires distributed toindonesian army intelligence personnel who have served for at least one year. thesampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed usingstructural equation modeling–partial least square (sem-pls).findings: the results of this study reveal that human resource competency is animportant factor that not only has a significant direct effect on army intelligencepersonnel performance, but also shows an indirect effect through the mediatingrole of knowledge management. this means that strong hr competency can driveperformance both directly and through effective knowledge management. workexperience was also shown to improve performance directly, but did not show asignificant indirect effect, indicating that work experience needs to be supported byknowledge systems to have more impact. in contrast, artificial intelligence had nosignificant effect either directly or through mediation, indicating the need forfurther evaluation in the integration and utilization of ai technology in the contextof intelligence personnel tasks.implications: this study provides several important implications for humanresource management in military contexts: (1) the importance of structured hrcompetency development to improve intelligence personnel performance, (2) thekey role of knowledge management in optimizing human potential, and (3) the needfor thorough evaluation of artificial intelligence utilization in highly specificmilitary environments.
