P Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh strategic planning, cooperative behavior, dan knowledge management terhadap organizational performance dengan mediasi transformational leadership. data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan jasp dan sem pls. responden penelitian yang terdiri dari 243 karyawan pada level manajerial mnc di kepulauan riau merupakan salah satu kebaruan dari penelitian ini. kebaruan berikutnya dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelima variabel secara bersamaan.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategic planning, cooperative behavior, dan knowledge management berpengaruh positif terhadap transformational leadership. demikian juga dengan strategic planning, knowledge management, dan transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. tetapi cooperative behavior tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. sedangkan transformational leadership hanya memediasi pengaruh positif strategic planning terhadap organizational performance, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh positif cooperative behavior dan knowledge management terhadap organizational performance.hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap implementasi teori rbv dan tlt pada mnc bidang manufaktur di kepulauan riau dengan pengaruhnya terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan. secara praktik hasil penelitian ini juga bisa digunakan sebagai referensi oleh jajaran manajerial perusahaan dalam meningkatkan organizational performance menjadi lebih baik. secara regulasi penelitian ini diharapkan bisa mendorong pemerintah untuk semakin menyempurnakan regulasi atas isu-isu esg terkhusus tentang tata kelola sebagaimana komitmen yang telah ditunjukkan sebelumnya.penelitian berikutnya direkomendasikan untuk melakukan studi komparatif terhadap hasil penelitian ini. direkomendasikan juga untuk menambahkan variabel organizational innovation dan job satisfaction untuk mendapatkan sudut pandang yang lebih luas terkait peningkatan organizational performance.
T This study analyzes the effect of strategic planning, cooperative behavior, and knowledge management on organizational performance with transformational leadership as the mediator. the research data was analyzed using jasp and sem pls. respondents of this study that consist of 243 employees from mncs managerial level in riau islands is one of this study novelties. another novelty of this study is the simultaneous analysis of the five variables.the results of this study indicate that strategic planning, cooperative behavior, and knowledge management have a positive effect on transformational leadership. likewise, strategic planning, knowledge management, and transformational leadership have a positive effect on organizational performance. however, cooperative behavior does not have a positive effect on organizational performance. meanwhile, transformational leadership only mediates the positive effect of strategic planning on organizational performance, but does not mediate the positive effect of cooperative behavior and knowledge management on organizational performance.the results of this study contribute to the implementation of rbv theory and tlt in mncs in the manufacturing sector in the riau islands and their impact on company sustainability. in practice, the results of this study can also be used as a reference by company managers in improving organizational performance. in terms of regulation, this study is expected to encourage the government to further improve regulations on esg issues, particularly regarding governance, as previously committed.further research is recommended to conduct a comparative study of the results of this study. it is also recommended to add the variables of organizational innovation and job satisfaction to obtain a broader perspective on improving organizational performance.
