A Abstraktujuan: tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh learning orientation, absorptive capacity dan knowledge management terhadap organizational performance rumah sakit tni angkatan darat yang dimediasi oleh innovation dan dimoderasi it-capability. responden penelitian adalah individu dengan jabatan struktural yang berperan sebagai pengambil keputusan di rumah sakit, dengan syarat memiliki pendidikan minimal diploma atau setara di bidang kesehatan.metode penelitian: menggunakan sem (stuctural equation modelling) dengan program spss versi 22.0 dan smart pls versi 3. sampel terdiri dari 14 rumah sakit tingkat ii tni angkatan darat yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia.hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning orientation, absorbtive capacity, knowledge management dan innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance di rumah sakit tni angkatan darat. learning orientation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap innovation,sedangkan absorbtive capacity dan knowledge management terbukti berpengaruh terhadap innovation. pada pengaruh tidak langsung, learning orientation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance melalui innovation sementara absorbtive capacity dan knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan melalui innovation. selain itu variabel it capability terbukti mampu memoderasi pengaruh innovation terhadap organizational performance rumah sakit tni angkatan darat.implikasi dan keterbatasan penelitian: temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen rumah sakit tni angkatan darat perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan learning orientation, absorbtive capacity dan knowledge management guna memperkuat innovation dan meningkatkan organizational performance. penguatan it capability juga diperlukan untuk memaksimalkan dampak innovation. keterbatasan terletak pada cakupan sampel yang berfokus pada rumah sakit tingkat ii tni angkatan darat, sehingga generalisasi temuan perlu dilakukan dengan kehati-hatian. penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas karakteristik rumah sakit atau menambahkan variabel organisasi lain untuk memperkaya model.orisinalitas: penelitian ini mengkombinasikan ketiga variabel utama secara simultan dalam konteks rumah sakit militer, yang belum pernah dilakukan pada penelitian sebelumnya.kata kunci: learning orientation, absorptive capacity, knowledge management, it capability, innovation, organizational performance, rumah sakit tni angkatan darat
A Abstractobjectives: the main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of learning orientation, absorptive capacity and knowledge management on the organizational performance of the indonesian army hospital mediated by innovation and it capability as a moderator. the sample in this study were individuals who held structural positions in the hospital and acted as decision makers, with the requirement of having a minimum education of diploma or equivalent in the health sector.research methods: the study employed sem (structural equation modeling) using spss version 22.0 and smart pls version 3 programs. the sample consisted of 14 level ii indonesian army hospitals spread throughout indonesia.results: the findings indicate that learning orientation, absorptive capacity, knowledge management and innovation positively influence the organizational performance of army hospital. learning orientation does not significantly affect innovation, whereas absorptive capacity and knowledge management show significant impacts on innovationl. regarding indirect effects, learning orientation does not influence organizational performance through innovation, while absorptive capacity and knowledge management significantly influence organizational performance through innovation. moreover, it capability was found to moderate the relationship between innovation and organizational performance, indicating that higher it capability strengthens the effect of innovation on organizational outcomes.implications and limitation: the results underscore the importance for army hospital management to prioritize the enhancement of learning orientation, absorptive capacity and knowledge management as strategic efforts to strengthen innovation and improve organizational performance. strengthening it capability is also crucial to maximize the impact of innovation. the study’s limitation lies in its focus on level ii army hospitals, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. future studies could expand the scope to include other types of hospitals or incorporate additional organizational variables to enrich the model.originality: this study uniquely integrates all three key variables simultaneously within the context of military hospitals, a combination not previously examined in earlier research.keywords: learning orientation, absorptive capacity, knowledge management, it capability, innovation, organizational performance, indonesian army hospital
