A Abstrakpenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh electronic humanresource management (e-hrm), strategic leadership, dan work motivationterhadap organizational performance rumah sakit tni angkatan darat diindonesia dengan organizational culture sebagai variabel mediasi. dalam konteksrumah sakit militer, penerapan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkankinerja rumah sakit tni ad.penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metodepengambilan sampel non probability sampling serta teknik pengambilan sampeladalah purposive sampling dimana unit yang dianalisis adalah individu unsurpimpinan level menengah hingga atas di rumah sakit tni ad. data dikumpulkanmelalui kuesioner dengan skala likert 1–5 yang didistribusikan kepada 278responden. analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode structural equationmodeling (sem) untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel serta peran mediasi.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-hrm tidak berpengaruh langsungterhadap organizational performance, namun memiliki pengaruh positif melaluiorganizational culture sebagai mediator. strategic leadership berpengaruhlangsung dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance, work motivationtidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap organizational performance, tetapiberdampak positif melalui organizational culture. organizational culture terbuktisecara signifikan memiliki peran full mediasi antara e-hrm, work motivationterhadap organizational performance. organizational culture terbukti secarasignifikan memiliki peran parsial mediasi antara strategic leadership terhadaporganizational performance.penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan manajerial denganmengembangkan model yang mengintegrasikan e-hrm, strategic leadership, danwork motivation dalam konteks rumah sakit tni ad untuk mengoptimalkanstategic leadership, memperkuat organizational culture, meningkatkan workmotivation, serta efektivitas implementasi sistem e-hrm guna mencapaiorganizational performance yang lebih baik.kata kunci:e-hrm, strategic leadership, work motivation, organizational culture,organizational performance, rumah sakit tni ad.
A Abstractthis study analyzes the influence of electronic human resourcemanagement (e-hrm), strategic leadership, and work motivation on theorganizational performance of indonesian army (tni ad) hospitals, withorganizational culture serving as a mediating variable. in the context of militaryhospitals, implementing the findings from this study is expected to enhance theperformance of tni ad hospitals.this research adopts a quantitative approach with a non-probabilitysampling method, employing purposive sampling. the unit of analysis consists ofindividuals in middle to senior leadership positions in tni ad hospitals. data werecollected through a likert scale (1–5) questionnaire, distributed to 278respondents. data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling(sem) to examine the relationships between variables and the mediation effect.the findings indicate that e-hrm does not directly affect organizationalperformance but has a positive influence through organizational culture as amediator. strategic leadership has a direct and significant effect on organizationalperformance. work motivation does not directly affect organizational performance,but it has a positive impact through organizational culture. organizational culturefully mediates the positive influence of e-hrm and work motivation onorganizational performance. furthermore, organizational culture partiallymediates the positive influence of strategic leadership on organizationalperformance.this study contributes both theoretically and managerially by developing amodel that integrates e-hrm, strategic leadership, and work motivation within thecontext of tni ad hospitals. it aims to optimize leadership strategies, strengthenorganizational culture, enhance work motivation, and improve the effectiveness ofe-hrm implementation to achieve better organizational performance.keywords:e-hrm, strategic leadership, work motivation, organizational culture,organizational performance, tni ad hospitals.
