T Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical climate, strategic change management, transactional leadership, terhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi organizational commitment Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Ketahanan Nasional.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 177 Personil Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan Ketahanan Nasional. Analisis data menggunakan software PLS/SEM dengan metode analisis multivariat Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini pengaruh langsung variabel ethical climate, strategic change management, transactional leadership berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap organizational performance. ethical climate, strategic change management, transactional leadership berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap organizational commitment. Pengaruh langsung organizational commitment signifikan positif. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung ethical climate, strategic change management, transactional leadership terhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment signifikan dan positif. T The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of ethical climate, strategic change management, transactional leadership, on organizational performance which is mediated by organizational commitment of the Secretariat General of the National Resilience Council.The research method used in this research is hypothesis testing. This research is quantitative, using a questionnaire given to 177 Personnel of the Secretariat General of the National Resilience Council.
