P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak emotional leadership competency terhadap job performance karyawan melalui organizational culture, sikap dan perilaku karyawan. Penelitian ini juga untk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing dimensi emotional leadership competency, organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviours dan turnover intention karyawan terhadap kinerja job performance karyawan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 1.000 kuesioner ke seluruh HRD Manager (Manager Personalia) di biro perjalanan wisata di lima wilayah yang ada di DKI Jakarta dengan cara mendatangi dan memberikan langsung kepada HRD Manager masing-masing, untuk selanjutnya didistribusikan kepada para karyawan front line sebagai responden. Dari 1.000 kuesioner yang disebar, hanya 708kuesioner yang berhasil diambil langsung dari para HRD Manager tersebut dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Models (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1). Emotional leadership competency tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi job performance karyawan, tetapi emotional leadership competency yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture, job satisfaction, dan organizational citizenship behaviours berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance karyawan biro perjalanan wisata. (2). Organizational commitment dan turnover intention karyawan tidak mempengaruhi job performance karyawan. (3). Organizational citizenship behaviours karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment karyawan. Hal terpenting dari penelitian ini adalah Organizational citizenship behaviours merupakan faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi job performance karyawan biro perjalanan wisata di Jakarta. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah : (1). Penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk membangun dan memperkaya model hasil penelitian peningkatan jobperformance karyawan dengan kepemimpinan yang berlandaskan emotional leadership competency pada biro perjalanan wisata di jakarta maupun pada perusahaan jasa lainnya. (2). Memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam kepada Manajemen biro perjalanan wisata di Jakarta untuk selalu aktif menggunakan emotional leadership competency untuk mendorong terciptanya organizational culture yang dapat meningkatkan job satisfaction dan organizational citizenship behaviours karyawan yang baik sehingga karyawannyadapat berkinerja secara maksimal.

T The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of emotional leadership competency on employees’ performance through organizational culture, attitudes and employees behaviors. In addition, this study also analyze the effect between emotional leadership competency, organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and employees’ turnover intention dimensions on employees’ performance.The samples obtained by visiting and distributing 1,000 questionnaires to all HRD Manager (Human Resource Manager) respectively in travel agencies in five areas in Jakarta, who then distribute the questionnaires to front line employees as the respondents. Of the 1,000 questionnaires distributed, only 708 questionnaires were successfully retrieved from the HR Manager and analyzed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) The results showed that (1). emotional leadership competency does not directly affect on employees’ performance, but emotional leadership competency mediated by organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly affects the performance of travelagent employees (2). organizational commitment and employees’ turnover intention does not affect on employees’ performance. (3) there’s a positive and significant effect of employees’ organizational citizenship behavior to organizational commitment. The most important of these studies is that the organizational citizenship behavior is the most dominant factor affecting thetravel agent employees’ performance. The implications of this research are : (1). This research can be used to build and enrich the model of research results in increasing employee’s jobperformance with leadership whos based on emotional leadership competencies at the travel agency in jakarta as well as in other service companies. (2). Provide a deeper understanding to the Management of travel agency in jakarta to actively use emotional leadership competency to encourage the creation of organizational culture that can increase employee’s job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviours, so that employees can perform optimally.
