A Abstraktujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh agileleadership, organizational culture dan dynamic capabilities terhadaporganization agility dengan innovation sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaanmanufaktur otomotif di kawasan industri bekasimetode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitiankuantitatif. berdasarkan perhitungan hair sampling yaitu 5 kali 73 indikator, makadiketahui jumlah sampel adalah 365 responden yang merupakan pimpinan middledan top manajemen dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yaitusebanyak 370 kuesioner. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodesem-pls (structural equation model-partial least squares) dengan softwaresmartpls 3.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa agile leadership memilikipengaruh positif terhadap organization agility. organization culture juga terbuktiberpengaruh positif terhadap organization agility. namun, tidak ditemukanpengaruh signifikan dari dynamic capabilities terhadap organization agility.innovation berperan positif dalam meningkatkan organization agility. agileleadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap innovation. dynamic capabilitiesmemiliki dampak positif terhadap innovation, begitu pula dengan organizationculture berpengaruh terhadap innovation. selain itu, agile leadership danorganization culture juga mempengaruhi organization agility melalui innovation.dynamic capabilities pun berpengaruh positif terhadap melalui innovation.implikasi penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan yang gesit dan budayaorganisasi yang mendukung memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkankelincahan dan inovasi di sektor manufaktur. manajemen harus mendorong agileleadership dengan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, meningkatkanfleksibilitas, dan mendorong kolaborasi, serta membangun budaya yang adaptif dankolaboratif. meskipun dynamic capabilities tidak secara langsung meningkatkankelincahan, mereka tetap penting untuk mendukung inovasi dan adaptabilitas.inovasi yang berkelanjutan dalam produk, proses, dan teknologi harus didorongmelalui budaya yang mempromosikan kreativitas dan pembelajaran dari kegagalan.dengan berinvestasi dalam pengembangan kemampuan dinamis dan teknologibaru, perusahaan dapat terus menjaga daya saing dan responsivitas di pasar yangdinamis.kata kunci : agile leadership, organization agility, organizational culturedynamic capabilities, innovation.
A Abstractthe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of agile leadership,organizational culture and dynamic capability on organization agility withinnovation as a mediating variable in automotive manufacturing companies in thebekasi industrial area.the research method used in this study is quantitative research. based onthe hair sampling calculation, which is 5 times 73 indicators, it is known that thenumber of samples is 365 respondents who are middle and top management leaderswith questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely 370 questionnaires. dataanalysis in this study used the sem-pls (structural equation model-partial leastsquares) method with smartpls 3 software.the results of this study indicate that agile leadership has a positiveinfluence on organization agility. organizational culture has also been shown tohave a positive effect on organization agility. however, no significant effect wasfound from dynamic capabilities on organization agility. innovation plays apositive role in increasing organization agility. agile leadership has a direct effecton innovation. dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on innovation, as wellas organizational culture has an effect on innovation. in addition, agile leadershipand organizational culture also affect organization agility through innovation.dynamic capabilities also have a positive effect on organization agility throughinnovation.the implication of this study is that agile leadership and a supportiveorganizational culture play an important role in enhancing agility and innovationin the manufacturing sector. management should encourage agile leadership byaccelerating decision-making processes, improving transcription, and encouragingcollaboration, as well as building an adaptive and collaborative culture. althoughdynamic capabilities do not directly increase agility, they are still important tosupport innovation and adaptability. continuous innovation in products, processes,and technologies must be driven through a culture that encourages creativity andlearning from failure. by investing in the development of dynamic capabilities andnew technologies, companies can continue to maintain competitiveness andresponsibility in a dynamic market.keywords : agile leadership, organization agility, organizational culturedynamic capabilities, innovation.
