T Tujuan- penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh potensi sumber daya alam (sda), strategi sovereign wealth fund (swf), fasilitas infrastruktur, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja organisasi di indonesia; serta (2) menguji peran mediasi strategi sumber daya manusia (sdm). penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari indonesia.metode penelitian- penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. responden berasal dari pimpinan lembaga negara pada berbagai level (eselon 1-4) yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan energi terbarukan dan pembangunan nasional, dengan total sampel valid sebanyak 143 orang. analisis data dilakukan dengan structural equation model (sem) berbasis partial least squares (pls) menggunakan smartpls 4.1.hasil- terdapat pengaruh signifikan potensi sda, strategi swf, inovasi, dan strategi sdm terhadap kinerja organisasi, sementara fasilitas infrastruktur tidak berpengaruh signifikan. strategi sdm memperkuat hubungan potensi sda, strategi swf, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, tetapi memperlemah pengaruh fasilitas infrastruktur.implikasi dan keterbatasan penelitian sebagai berikut: (i) penelitian ini memperkaya literatur strategi dengan mengintegrasikan sda terbarukan, swf, dan inovasi, serta membuktikan peran mediasi sdm. namun, penelitian terbatas pada lembaga pemerintah dengan distribusi responden yang kurang merata. (ii) organisasi disarankan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan sdm dan alokasi dana swf untuk energi terbarukan. (iii) penelitian ini melihat negara perlu memperkuat regulasi transparan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor akan tetapi konteks penelitian bersifat statis, sehingga perubahan kebijakan dapat mempengaruhi validitas. penelitian selanjutnya disarankan agar (i) perluas sampel ke organisasi non-pemerintah (swasta/lsm) dan sektor ekonomi lain untuk meningkatkan generalisasi temuan, (ii) tingkatkan representasi top management, (iii) integrasikan variabel tambahan (budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan), (iv) kombinasikan metode kuantitatif-kualitatif (mixed-methods).orisinalitas- penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru dalam mengintegrasikan variabel potensi sda strategi swf dan mediasi sdm pada konteks pengelolaan energi terbarukan di indonesia, sekaligus memperkaya literatur tentang pembangunan berkelanjutan berbasis sumber daya manusia.kata kunci: potensi sda, strategi sovereign wealth fund, fasilitas infrastruktur, inovasi, strategi sdm, kinerja organisasi.
O Objectives- this study aims to (1) analyze the influence of natural resource potential (nrp), sovereign wealth fund (swf) strategy, infrastructure facilities, and innovation on organizational performance in indonesia; and (2) examine the mediating role of human resource strategy (hrs). the study focuses on a sample from indonesia.research methods- this research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling. respondents include government agency leaders at various levels (echelon 1–4) involved in renewable energy management and national development, with a total valid sample of 143 respondents. data analysis is conducted using the structural equation model (sem) based on partial least squares (pls) via smartpls 4.1 software.the finding- the results indicate a significant impact of nrp, swf strategy, innovation, and hrs on organizational performance, while infrastructure facilities have no significant effect. hrs strengthens the relationship between nrp, swf strategy, and innovation with organizational performance but weakens the effect of infrastructure facilities.the implications and limitations of the study are as follows: (i) this study enriches strategic management literature by integrating renewable nrp, swf, and innovation while proving the mediating role of hrs. however, it is limited to government institutions, with an uneven distribution of respondents. (ii) organizations are advised to enhance hr training and allocate swf funds for renewable energy projects. (iii) this study suggests that the government should strengthen transparent regulations and cross-sector collaboration, though the static research context may affect validity due to policy changes. future research should (i) expand the sample to non-government organizations (private/ngos) and other economic sectors for better generalizability, (ii) increase the representation of top management, (iii) integrate additional variables (organizational culture, leadership), and (iv) adopt mixed-method approaches.originality- this research makes a new contribution in integrating the swf strategy\\\'s potential natural resource variables and human resource mediation in the context of renewable energy management in indonesia, while enriching the literature on human resource-based sustainable development.keywords: natural resources potential, sovereign wealth fund strategy, infrastructure facilities, innovation, hr strategy, organizational performance.
