T Tujuan- tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk (1) menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh green innovation, green intellectual capital, directors’ characteristics dan directors’ skills terhadap corporate sustainable performance, (2) menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana corporate strategies memoderasi green innovation, green intellectual capital, directors’ characteristics dan directors’ skills terhadap corporate sustainable performance, dan (3) menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh corporate sustainable performance terhadap firm valuemetode penelitian- metode purposive sampling dipergunakan dalam menentukan sampel perusahaan sektor industri yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. data laporan keuangan periode 2022-2023 dipergunakan untuk penelitian ini. sampel penelitian meliputi 235 perusahaan dan didapatkan sejumlah 470 data observasi. data penelitian ini diolah melalui aplikasi eviews 13. pada penelitian ini menggunakan moderated regression analysis (mra).hasil- temuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) green innovation tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (2) green intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (3) directors’ characteristics berpengaruh positif terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (4) directors’ skills tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (5) corporate strategies memperkuat pengaruh green innovation terhadap corporte sustainable performance, dan (6) corporate strategies memperlemah pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (7) corporate strategies tidak memperkuat pengaruh directors’ characteristics terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (8) corporate strategies memperkuat pengaruh directors’ skills terhadap corporte sustainable performance, (9) corporate sustainable performace berpengaruh negatif terhadap firm value. uji sensitivitas penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yaitu directors’ skills dengan memasukkan dimensi agile dan human resources management mempunyai model lebih kuat dibanding model sebelumnya. hasil uji ekspansi menunjukkan seluruh dimensi pada pengukuran directors’ skills berpengaruh terhadap corporate sustainable performanceimplikasi dan keterbatasan penelitian sebagai berikut; (1) penelitian ini mempergunakan content analysis untuk melakukan tabulasi data dimana dalam melakukan scoring akan sangat ditentukan dari subjektifitas pembaca dalam menentukan score, (2) periode penelitian pada tahun 2022 masih merupakan periode yang terdampak covid-19 sehingga fokus perusahaan adalah pada kinerja jangka pendek perusahaan bukan pada kinerja keberlanjutan, dan (3) sektor industri yang menjadi sampel sangat beragam, hal ini akan mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan risiko dan strategi dalam menerapkan kinerja keberlanjutan setiap perusahaan sehingga pembahasan tidak bisa spesifik pada industri tertentu. penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk (1) melakukan penelitian kolaborasi sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat subjektivitas pada saat melakukan content analysis, (2) 2. melakukan content analysis dengan menggunakan qualitative dan quantitative method untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang berbeda mengenai capaian corporate sustainable performance, (3) melakukan penelitian dengan periode yang lebih baru sehingga data tidak terdampak pandemi covid-19dan (4) melakukan penelitian pada sektor tertentu sehingga pembahasan menjadi lebih spesifik.orisinalitas- penelitian ini mengembangkan pengukuran directors’ skills dengan menambahkan dimensi agile dan human resources management. hasil uji sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa dengan menyertakan 2 dimensi ini menghasilkan model yang lebih baik, selain itu untuk pengujian ekspansi yang dilakukan menunjukkan seluruh dimensi dari variabel directors’ skills berpengaruh terhadap corporate sustainable performance.

O Objectives — the objectives of this study are to (1) examine and analyze the effect of green innovation, green intellectual capital, directors’ characteristics, and directors’ skills on corporate sustainable performance, (2) examine and analyze how corporate strategies moderate the relationship between green innovation, green intellectual capital, directors’ characteristics, and directors’ skills on corporate sustainable performance; and (3) examine and analyze the effect of corporate sustainable performance on firm value.research methods — this study employed purposive sampling to select a sample of industrial sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. financial report data from the 2022–2023 period were used. the final sample comprised 235 companies, yielding 470 observations. data analysis was conducted using eviews 13, applying the moderated regression analysis (mra).the findings — (1) green innovation has no significant effect on corporate sustainable performance, (2) green intellectual capital has a positive effect on corporate sustainable performance, (3) directors’ characteristics have a positive effect on corporate sustainable performance, (4) directors’ skills have no significant effect on corporate sustainable performance, (5) corporate strategies strengthen the effect of green innovation on corporate sustainable performance;(6) corporate strategies weaken the effect of green intellectual capital on corporate sustainable performance, (7) corporate strategies do not strengthen the effect of directors’ characteristics on corporate sustainable performance, (8) corporate strategies strengthen the effect of directors’ skills on corporate sustainable performance; and (9) corporate sustainable performance have a negative effect on firm value. he sensitivity test results indicate that directors’ skills when including the dimensions of agility and human resources management produce a stronger model compared to the previous measurement model. the expansion test results show that all dimensions used to measure directors’ skills significantly affect corporate sustainable performance.the implications and limitations of the study are as follows: (1) this study uses content analysis for data tabulation, in which scoring is heavily influenced by the reader’s subjectivity, (2) the 2022 research period was still affected by the covid-19 pandemic, during which companies focused more on short-term performance rather than sustainability performance, (3) the sampled industrial sector is highly diverse, leading to differences in risk profiles and sustainability strategies among companies, making it impossible to provide industry-specific discussions. future research is recommended to: (1) conduct collaborative studies to reduce subjectivity in content analysis, (2) apply both qualitative and quantitative content analysis methods to provide a more comprehensive view of corporate sustainable performance, (3) use more recent research periods unaffected by the covid-19 pandemic; and (4) focus on specific industrial sectors to enable more detailed and industry-relevant discussions.originality — this study develops the measurement of directors’ skills by adding the dimensions of agile and human resources management. the sensitivity test results show that including these two dimensions produces a better model. furthermore, the expansion test indicates that all dimensions of the directors’ skills variable affect corporate sustainable performance.
