A Abstraktujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi organizational innovation usahamikro kecil dan menengah di kabupaten bogor.metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujianhipotesis. penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikankepada 295 pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di kabupaten bogor. analisisdata menggunakan software spss amos.24 dengan metode analisis multivariatstructural equation model (sem).hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh langsung corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity berpengaruhpositif terhadap organizational performance. corporate entrepreneurship,knowledge management, competitive intensity berpengaruh langsung positifterhadap organizational innovation. organizational innovation berpengaruhlangsung positif terhadap organizational performance. corporate entrepreneurship,knowledge management, competitive intensity berpengaruh tidak langsung positifterhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizationalinnovation. pengaruh yang paling kuat pada competitive intensity terhadaporganizational performance.implikasi penelitian dengan adanya corporate entrepreneurship,knowledge management, competitive intensity secara maksimal untuk mendukungorganizational performance usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di kabupatenbogor dan ini perlu dilakukan perhatian bagi organisasi dalam proses perubahandalam pengaturan kebijakan. hasil penelitian ini memperkuat pengaruh positifcorporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensityterhadap organizational performance usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dikabupaten bogor. organizational innovation terhadap organizationalperformance mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dikabupaten bogor. organizational innovation sebagai mediasi terhadap corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity, mampu untukmeningkatkan organizational performance usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dikabupaten bogor.kata kunci: corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitiveintensity. organizational, organizationalperformance.

A Abstractthe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity onorganizational performance mediated by organizational innovation of micro, smalland medium enterprises in bogor regency.the research method used in this study is hypothesis testing. this study isquantitative, using a questionnaire given to 295 micro, small and mediumenterprises in bogor regency. data analysis using spss amos.24 software withthe multivariate analysis method structural equation model (sem).the results of this study are the direct influence of corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity variabels have apositive effect on organizational performance. that corporate entrepreneurship,knowledge management, competitive intensity has a positive effect onorganizational innovation. the direct influence of organizational innovation ispositive on organizational performance. for the indirect influence of corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity on organizationalperformance mediated by organizational innovation is positive. the strongestinfluence on competitive intensity variabels on organizational performance.the implications of research with the existence of corporateentrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitive intensity to the maximum tosupport the organizational performance of micro, small and medium enterprisesin bogor regency and this needs to be considered by organizations in the processof change in policy settings. corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management,competitive intensity. the results of this study strengthen the positive influence ofcorporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and competitive intensity onorganizational performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in bogorregency. organizational innovation on organizational performance can improvethe performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in bogor regency.organizational innovation as a mediation of corporate entrepreneurship,knowledge management, competitive intensity, can improve the organizationalperformance of micro, small and medium enterprises in bogor regency.keywords: corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge management, competitiveintensity, organizational innovation, organizationalperformance.peran mediasi organizational innovation pada pengaruh corporate entrepreneurship, knowledge manage
