P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan desa dapat dilakukansecara maksimal maka status desa tertinggal dan sangat tertinggal dapat segeraterentaskan. Untuk itu Pemerintah Daerah melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakatdan Desa Kabupaten Lebak terus berupaya merumuskan program dan kegiatanpemberdayaan desa.Pengaruh strategic management process, social entrepreneurship danknowledge management terhadap organizational performance pada Kepala Desa diProvinsi Banten.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 300 orang denganmenyebarkan kuisioner kepada Kepala Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Eviews 7.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya variabel social entrepreneurship tidakberpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance. Sedangkan secarasimultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel strategic management process, socialentrepreneurship dan knowledge management secara bersama-sama berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap organizational performance. Pengaruh pertumbuhan secarakorporasi, demi memajukan sebuah roda perekonomian yang ditimbulkan oleh dampaknegatif dan positif dari permasalahan yang disebabkan perkembangan pembangunan disuatu daerah, ataupun suatu wilayah yang khususnya pedesaan yang sangat tertinggal.Implikasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini ditujukan kepada Kepala Desa diProvinsi Banten, terutama adalah knowledge management, wajib dimiliki Kepala Desasebab sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi Kelurahan karena untuk memudahkanpencapaian tujuan, baik tujuan organisasi kelurahan maupun tujuan pribadi KepalaDesa itu sendiri. strategic management process dan knowledge management yangdimiliki Kepala Desa juga untuk mengukur hasil kerja suatu organisasi untukmencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas
T This study aims to determine the empowerment of villages to the fullest so thatthe status of underdeveloped and underdeveloped villages can be alleviatedimmediately. For this reason, the Regional Government through the Department ofCommunity and Village Empowerment in the Lebak Regency continues to formulatevillage empowerment programs and activities.The influence of strategic management process, social entrepreneurship andknowledge management on organizational performance on the Village Head in BantenProvince. Samples in this study amounted to 300 people by distributing questionnairesto the Village Head. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysiswith the help of Eviews 7 program.The results showed that only social entrepreneurship variables did notsignificantly influence organizational performance. While simultaneously showing thatthe variable strategic management process, social entrepreneurship and knowledgemanagement together have a significant effect on organizational performance. Theeffect of corporate growth, for the sake of advancing an economic wheel caused by thenegative and positive impacts of problems caused by the development of developmentin an area, or an area that is particularly rural is very backward.The implication contained in this study is addressed to the Village Head inBanten Province, especially knowledge management, must be owned by the VillageHead because it is needed by the Village organization because it is to facilitate theachievement of objectives, both the goals of the village organization and the VillageVillage's personal goals themselves.
