T Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi siklus penjualan pada cv nache suksestranslogistics (cv nst), sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengangkutankontainer. dalam operasionalnya, perusahaan menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti pencatatantransaksi penjualan yang masih manual, ketidakteraturan dalam penagihan piutang, serta belumadanya sistem informasi terintegrasi yang mendukung efisiensi proses bisnis. penulisan inidilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasilangsung di lapangan. hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa siklus penjualan belum berjalansecara optimal karena lemahnya pengendalian internal, ketiadaan prosedur standar, sertarendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. selain itu, keterlambatan pembayaran daripelanggan menyebabkan terganggunya arus kas operasional. sebagai solusi, penulis menyusunflowchart proses penjualan dan memberikan rekomendasi sistem informasi berbasis komputeryang dapat mempercepat proses penjualan, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mendukungpengambilan keputusan manajerial. penulisan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar perbaikan sistempenjualan dan pengelolaan piutang agar perusahaan dapat beroperasi secara lebih profesionaldan efisien.
T This final project aims to evaluate the sales cycle at cv nache sukses translogistics (cvnst), a company engaged in container transportation services. in its operations, the companyfaces several challenges such as manually recorded sales transactions, irregular receivablecollections, and the absence of an integrated information system to support business efficiency.this writing adopts a descriptive qualitative method through direct observation, interviews, anddocumentation. the evaluation reveals that the sales cycle is not running optimally due to weakinternal controls, the lack of standardized procedures, and minimal use of informationtechnology. furthermore, delayed customer payments disrupt operational cash flow. as asolution, the author developed a sales process flowchart and proposed a computer-basedinformation system to accelerate sales processing, improve data accuracy, and supportmanagerial decision-making. this writing is expected to serve as a foundation for improvingthe sales system and receivable management, enabling the company to operate moreprofessionally and efficiently
