L Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan program brandactivation bank negara indonesia pada event jakarta international bni java jazz festival20th anniversary 2025. event festival konser musik ini diselenggarakan selama 3 (tiga) haridan disertai dengan acara pendahuluan. tahapan yang dilaksanakan adalah (1) pre event:dalam hal ini, bni menerapkan strategi brand activation, menentukan konsep booth bni,membuat desain marketing collateral terkait promo melalui layanan mobile banking wondrby bni dan melakukan pengawasan loading barang serta set up sebelum event berlangsung.(2) during event: pihak bni membagi pekerjaan untuk mengawasi seluruh aktivitas padabooth bni serta memastikan tidak ada kendala selama event berlangsung dan diakhiri olehevaluasi kegiatan setiap event selesai diselenggarakan. (3) post event: perekapan datapengunjung yang mengikuti program brand activation dari wondr by bni yaitu wondrtreasure hunt, mendata jumlah seluruh akuisisi yang dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) hari acaraberlangsung, mengawasi proses loading out barang, dan membuat notulensi mengenaievaluasi dan solusi yang bisa diterapkan pada event berikutnya. berdasarkan analisistersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa event jakarta international bni java jazz festival 20thanniversary 2025 termasuk strategi brand activation dari bni berjalan dengan lancar dansukses.
T The purpose of this final project report is to explain implementation of bank negaraindonesia's brand activation program at the jakarta international bni java jazz festival20th anniversary 2025 event. this music concert festival event was held for 3 days and ofcourse there are stages that make the event can be carried out well and organized. startingfrom the stage (1) pre event where bni plans a brand activation strategy, determines theconcept of the bni booth, creates a marketing collateral design related to promotionsthrough the wondr by bni mobile banking service and supervises the loading of goods andset up before the event takes place. the next stage is (2) during the event, bni divides thework to supervise all activities at the bni booth and ensure there are no obstacles duringthe event and ends with an evaluation of the activities of each event completed. in the finalstage, namely (3) post event, bni certainly needs to recapitulate visitor data whoparticipated in the brand activation program from wondr by bni, namely wondr treasurehunt, record the total number of acquisitions made during the 3 days of the event, supervisethe loading out process of goods, and make minutes regarding evaluations and solutionsthat can be applied to the next event. based on this analysis, it can be concluded that thejakarta international bni java jazz festival 20th anniversary 2025 event ran smoothly,because the pre event stage was neatly and thoroughly arranged so that the event could runwell.
