P Penyusunan laporan praktik kerja lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tenant food & beverage (f&b) pada minat pengunjung festival musik the sounds project vol. 7 yang diselenggarakan di ecovention & ecopark ancol. kegiatan event festival musik the sounds project ini, dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu (1) pre event, yang mencakup penyeleksian tenant berdasarkan konsep brand dan kualitas produk, komunikasi awal, negosiasi fasilitas dan harga, promosi melalui media sosial, melakukan technical meeting, menempelkan signage di booth f&b, serta pendistribusian id card. (2) during event, berfokus pada interaksi tenant f&b dengan pengunjung melalui penataan booth tenant yang menarik, pelayanan responsif, promosi kreatif, dan pemanfaatan sistem pembayaran digital, serta pendistribusian konsumsi keseluruhan. (3) post event, mengatur arah loading out para tenant, dan melibatkan evaluasi dan follow-up terhadap tenant untuk mengukur kepuasan dan mengidentifikasi area. festival musik the sounds project vol.7 berjalan dengan lancar. meskipun ada kendala, panitia berhasil mengatasinya. keberhasilan event ini menunjukkan bahwa tenant f&b secara keseluruhan mampu mendukung kelancaran acara dan memberikan pengalaman positif bagi pengunjung, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan minat untuk datang kembali pada the sounds project tahun berikutnya.

T The purpose of this field work practice report is to analyze the influence of food & beverage (f&b) tenants on visitor interest at the sounds project vol. 7 music festival held at ecovention & ecopark ancol. in this the sounds project music festival event, it is divided into 3 parts, namely (1) pre-event, which includes tenant curation based on brand concept and product quality, initial communication, facility and price negotiation, promotion through social media, conducting technical meetings, attaching signage to f&b booths, and distributing id cards. (2) during event, focusing on f&b tenant interaction with visitors through attractive tenant booth arrangements, responsive service, creative promotions, and utilization of digital payment systems, as well as distribution of overall consumption. (3) post event, arranging the direction of loading out for tenants, and involving evaluation and follow-up of tenants to measure satisfaction and identify areas. the sounds project vol. 7 music festival ran smoothly. although there were obstacles, the committee managed to overcome them. the success of this event shows that the f&b tenants as a whole were able to support the smooth running of the event and provide a positive experience for visitors, as well as contributing to increasing interest in coming back to the sounds project the following year.
