T This field work practice report aims to analyze the role of pic at the conference iron-steel summit & exhibition 2025 organized by pt. infinity duta indonesia for 3 (three) days. in organizing this conference, pic has a role that is divided into 3 (three) parts, namely (1) pre-event, holding a meeting with iisia (the indonesian iron & steel industry association) to discuss the concept of the conference iron-steel summit & exhibition 2025, selecting the conference location, selecting keynote speakers and topics, making a rundown, making an invitation letter for keynote speakers containing a work reference framework in it, distributing invitations, asking for riders and the keynote speaker\\\'s vehicle registration number. (2) during the event, pic arrived early to check the vip holding room and location. this conference was filled by 7 keynote speakers with the main topic \\\"together with the national steel industry building the foundation towards a golden indonesia 2045\\\". after the presentation of the material was completed, the question and answer session was opened by the moderator. (3) post event, after the conference is finished, the pic is tasked with ensuring that all keynote speakers return to their cars with tight security, recording reimbursements and finally evaluating the activity. based on the explanation above, it is concluded that the pic has an important role in the iron-steel summit & exhibition 2025 conference so that the activity can be held successfully.
