I Industri mice (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) terus mengalamiperkembangan dan menjadi salah satu sektor penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhanekonomi kreatif di indonesia. salah satu aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan eventmice adalah sistem registrasi peserta yang berperan sebagai pintu awal interaksi antarapeserta dengan penyelenggara sekaligus menentukan kelancaran pelaksanaan acara.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan sistem registrasi pada eventswitzerland hydropower conference yang diselenggarakan oleh pt interforum convex.metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melaluiobservasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, keterlibatan aktif dalam proses registrasi,serta pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara internal. proses registrasidilakukan dalam tiga tahapan utama, yaitu pra-event, during-event, dan post-event, yangmasing-masing mencakup perencanaan sistem, pelaksanaan check-in pesertamenggunakan qr code, hingga evaluasi pasca acara. dalam pelaksanaannya,ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti gangguan jaringan internet dan ketidaksesuaiandata peserta, namun dapat diatasi oleh tim penyelenggara melalui penyesuaianoperasional di lapangan. hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem registrasiyang terencana, berbasis teknologi, dan adaptif mampu mendukung efisiensi sertameningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan event mice. temuan ini diharapkan dapatmenjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem registrasi pada event serupa di masadepan.
T The mice (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) industry continues toevolve and has become one of the important sectors in supporting the growth of the creativeeconomy in indonesia. one important aspect of organizing mice events is the participantregistration system, which serves as the initial point of interaction between participantsand organizers, as well as determining the smooth execution of the event. this researchaims to analyze the implementation of the registration system at the switzerlandhydropower conference held by pt interforum convex. the method used in this writing isqualitative descriptive through direct observation during the internship activities, activeinvolvement in the registration process, as well as data collection through documentationand internal interviews. the registration process is carried out in three main stages: preevent, during-event, and post-event, each of which includes system planning, participantcheck-in using qr codes, and post-event evaluation. in its implementation, severalobstacles were found such as internet network disruptions and inconsistencies inparticipant data, but these were addressed by the organizing team through operationaladjustments on the ground. evaluation results show that the implementation of a planned,technology-based, and adaptive registration system can support efficiency and improve thequality of mice event organization. this finding is expected to serve as a reference for thedevelopment of registration systems in similar events in the future.
