T This internship report discusses the utilization of digital technology in managing the talk show event pln corporate communication summit 2025, organized by pt pln (persero) as part of its corporate communication transformation initiative. this event serves as a tangible representation of digital technology implementation in the mice (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions) industry, with a focus on the integration of technology across all stages of event execution pre-event, during event, and post event. the innovations applied include a digital registration system using qr codes, distribution of invitations via email, the use of high-resolution led screens for content visualization, and the implementation of artificial intelligence (ai) in designing promotional materials and event visuals. additionally, the documentation process, event execution results, and reporting were conducted digitally through cloud-based platforms such as google drive and google docs, facilitating real-time collaboration across divisions. the implementation demonstrated that digital technology significantly improved operational efficiency, accelerated workflows, minimized technical errors, and enhanced the overall professionalism and interactivity of the event. therefore, this event can serve as a reference for effective and adaptive digital-based corporate event management in line with current technological developments.
