L Laporan tugas akhir ini disusun sebagai hasil dari pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapanganyang dilakukan pada event kuliner bertajuk jajanan viral kolaborasa oleh afcoproject, yang berlangsung pada 16 mei hingga 15 juni 2025 di paradise walkserpong. event ini merupakan bagian dari industri mice (meetings, incentives,conventions, and exhibitions), khususnya dalam kategori special event yangmempromosikan berbagai produk makanan dan minuman viral dari pelaku umkm.dengan tiga tahapan pelaksanaan event mulai dari perencanaan (pre-event),pelaksanaan (during event), hingga evaluasi (post-event), serta menganalisis kepuasanserta minat kunjungan ulang dari para pengunjung. metode yang digunakan dalampenyusunan laporan ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif & kualitatif melaluiobservasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuisioner. hasil pelaksanaanmenunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan event ditentukan oleh kolaborasi antar tim,pemilihan tenant yang tepat, serta sistem manajemen operasional yang terorganisirmemberikan kepuasan para pengunjung sehingga mereka berniat untuk melakukankunjungan ulang. praktik kerja ini menjadi bentuk nyata dari penerapan ilmumanajemen event dalam konteks industri kreatif.
T This final report is prepared as a result of the field work practice conducted duringthe culinary event titled jajanan viral kolaborasa by afco project, which took placefrom may 16 to june 15, 2025, at paradise walk serpong. this event is part of themice (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions) industry, specificallycategorized as a special event that promotes various viral food and beverage productsfrom msme (micro, small, and medium enterprises) players. the eventimplementation consisted of three stages: planning (pre-event), execution (duringevent), and evaluation (post-event), along with an analysis of visitor satisfaction andrevisit intention. the method used in this report is a combination of qualitative andquantitative descriptive methods through direct observation, documentation, andquestionnaire distribution. the results of the implementation show that the success ofthe event was determined by team collaboration, appropriate tenant selection, and awell-organized operational management system, which led to high visitor satisfactionand their intention to revisit. this internship serves as a concrete application of eventmanagement knowledge within the context of the creative industry.
